Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Moldova, Pakistan, Thailand, Uganda, Uzbekistan Orphan Rescue Sunday is a church-based event, springing up in congregations across the United States and focused on the rescue and restoration of the world’s most desperate children.  These kids are orphans, victims of war, trafficking, disease, and extreme poverty.  They come from refugee camps, war zones and disaster areas where protection and security are nonexistent.  Without intervention, many of these unrecorded children will disappear without a trace. In fellowship with worldwide partners such as Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, Warm Blankets Orphan Care, and the Orphan Sunday initiative, through a special offering, your congregation will be the backbone for an actual Church Orphan Home’s rescue project.
